Terms and Conditions

Partner Couriers. Our Partner Couriers are Third Party commissioned responsible for the scheduling and the delivery of Your Orders in good condition. Standard delivery scheduling is followed, however, this may be subject to adjustments schedules during Holidays (when heavy influx of deliveries) and Force Majeure.

Third Party Pick-up. Third Party representative commissioned and authorized by customer responsible for pick-up from Neptune Actives - Manila. Customer is responsible to book and instruct Third Party representative and for the all the charges by the Third Party.

No Reservation Policy. Orders placed are given 2 working days (48 hours) to settle Payment. Should the customer fail to meet allowance period, items are made available to interested Customers. Should the Customer opt for the item, he/she is required to place an Order again, and is subject to the availability of the item.

Freebies. Freebies are limited subject to availability and are First Come First Serve Basis.

Payment Cut-off. Payment Cut-off time is until 11:30am Philippine Standard Time for same-day transaction; transactions beyond cut-off period shall be considered next day transaction.

Customer Details. Customers are responsible for the input of Basic details upon ordering. Neptune Actives is not responsible for the inputs and verification of these details. Any inaccuracy of the details provided shall be the responsibility of the Customer.

Third Party Representatives. Booking, Filtering Identity and Commissioning of Third Party Representative is sole responsibility of the Customer. Neptune Actives is only relying on the details provided by the Customer. Monitoring of delivery once item has been picked up is for Customers responsibility.

Promo Codes. Neptune Actives has the right to limit, refuse and invalidate Promo Code incase of unlawful/illegal acquisition of the Codes.

Package shipments. Orders are shipped according order numbers. Orders placed on separately are shipped and charged separately.

Return and Exchange of Freebies is not allowed. Freebies are not convertible to cash or cash equivalents.

Redelivery fees are for the account of the Customer in case of exchange/replace items; and is NOT valid for free shipping.

Pickup Orders. It is understood that Items are received and checked to be in good condition.

Set Products. Bundled, Discounted and Promo Items are specially packaged Items and are not valid for return or exchange. These items are only valid subject to availability of limited stocks
