Guidelines for Return/Exchange applies (MUST READ and UNDERSTAND!)

(1) Notify Neptune Actives for the Return/Exchange within the allowable time
(2) Have the Item (and freebies) shipped to Neptune Actives
(3) Once the Item has been received, inspected and verified
     A Notification will be sent whether item is Valid or Not
(4) You will then be advised to place an order of the exchange item (apply Store Credits from Valid Return)
(5) Settle any required payment (ie Shipping Costs, etc)

Note: Such is the case that an existing Freebie/Promo,
Transactions for replacement order for this case is DISQUALIFIED from Freebie/Promo



Guidelines for Return (only valid for change in size)

(1) Items under Bundle, Promo and Special Discounts are NOT valid for return/exchange item
(2) Items for exchange should be notified within 1 day upon receipt; and must be received within 3 working days
(3) Item for exchange is STILL subject to inspection and should be in good condition
     (3a) Item is purchased from Neptune Actives
     (3b) Item packaging, tag, strips and labels are intact (never been removed)
     (3c) Item has NEVER been used nor been wet
(4) Shipping cost related to (but not limited to) the return and redelivery are for the account of the customer
(5) Item exchange is only valid for change in size and NOT valid for change in design.
However, in case that the same design is no longer available, ONLY THEN a different design may be opted
BUT is NOT Valid for upcoming / new releases
(6) In case Item ordered is with Freebies, Freebies are also required to be returned.
(7) Item inspection falling short from any of the criteria (3a, 3b and 3c) renders Item NOT valid for exchange
(8) Item not valid for exchange is to be returned to customer
     *Cost of shipping for redelivery is for the account of the customer
     *Only when the customer has Paid for the redelivery fee shall the item be resent.
     *Delay arising from delayed payment by customer shall not be Neptune Actives' liability
(9) In such case that Item has been replaced once, Item is no longer valid for replacement again.
(10) Such case an existing Promo/Freebie is applicable, Transactions for replacement are automatically DISQUALIFIED
